Set-up and dismantling
Set-up time:
Monday, 7 July 2025, 8:00-9:45
Dismantling:
Wednesday, 9 July 2025, after the last coffee break
The set-up of stand constructions (chairs, tables, back walls and any additional rentals) will be completed by Monday, 7 July at 8:00. The exhibitors will therefore only need to do the final touches on Monday morning.
Shipping and storage
For ESB 2025, we are partnering with Sempex AG for assitance with customs, shipping, and storage.
Please contact Sempex for anyhelp regarding logistics for equipment, or if you will need any help with customs clearance.
